How long does my canvas take to produce?
Most of our canvas orders dispatch in 5-7 working days from your order or approval of proof. Delivery time is additional. Also be aware that if ordering at a peak time like Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas your order may take longer.
If you have a genuinely urgent order, please contact us before ordering.
What if my print is damaged in transit?
Splash Print wants all its customers to be totally satisfied with their goods. Your printing is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer’s defects. If such defects exist or goods have been damaged in transit you must notify Splash Print in writing or by email within 7 working days of receiving your product.
We will then notify you of our returns procedure. If the customer fails to notify Splash Print within 7 working days of delivery, Splash Print does not accept responsibility for the goods being defective or damaged. We are unable to refund delivery costs.
Once the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to either replace or refund the item.
How do you deliver my canvas?
We deliver using a courier company such as Toll Ipec, TNT, Australian Air Express, Messenger Post or Australia Post. The courier will need someone to be there to receive the item and sign. It's best if you give us a business address that is attended 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
Sorry the courier can not call before delivery. If you are not there a card will be left.
How can I pay?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank Deposit, Cash or EFTPOS.
Can my print be hung outside?
No. Your canvas print is a piece of fine artwork, intended for indoor us only, way from direct sunlight and heat. Treat the canvas like a fine piece of artwork that you have purchased.
How thick is the canvas?
We use 400gsm Pure Cotton Canvas and mount to either 2cm or 4cm deep pine frames.
